LEMON OR LIME COCKTAIL ICEBLOCKS
Ingredients:
4 Lemons or 4 Limes
Method:
Use the citrus press to juice lemons or limes to freeze the juice for your favourite cocktail or
summer beverage. Simply fill an ice block freezer tray with the juice, freeze and store the juice
ice blocks in a snap lock bag in the freezer ready for use.
ORANGE VINAIGRETTE
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
2 oranges
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbs honey
1 tbs red wine vinegar
½ tsp cracked black pepper
½ tsp sea salt
Method:
1. Cut oranges in half and juice using the citrus press.
2. Whisk oil, orange juice, honey and vinegar in a bowl until well blended. Season vinai-
grette to taste with salt and pepper. Makes 180mls of vinaigrette which can be stored in
an airtight container for up to seven days.
