The defrosting process can be considered complete if you are able to easily cut the food

with a knife.  A microwave will normally penetrate around 4cm into most food.

Defrosted food should be consumed as soon as possible.  It is not advised to put them back

into the freezer.

To obtain the best cooking result, some recipes call for different cooking modes and amount of

cooking times.  You can program your personalized menu by using multi-stage cooking

A maximum of four (4) stages can be set.  When one has completed,  the oven will begin the

next operation automatically.

For example, you would like to cook food with 100P microwave power for three (3) minutes

then 20P microwave power for nine (9) minutes.  This would be considered as setting only two

(2) stages.

To program the first selection

– 100P microwave for three (3) minutes.

1.  Press the Micro Power button to select the power level and set it to 100P.

2.  Press the Auto Cooking/ Time. Weight button to set the amount of cooking time.  In this

example it will be set to 03:00.

Now program the second selection

– 20P microwave for nine (9) minutes.

3.  Press the Micro Power button to select the desired power level

– 20P.

4.  Press the Auto Cooking/ Time. Weight button to set the amount of cooking time

– 09:00.

5.  Start the multi-stage cooking process by pressing the Instant/ Start button.

Note

If one stage is defrosting, it should be inputted in at the first stage.

The auto cooking menu cannot be set as a selection of multi-stage cooking.
