The dishes are not
clean
Dishwasher has been
overloaded
Arrange the dishes correctly or wash in 2
separately loads, please see the Loading the
Dishwasher section.
The dishes were not loaded
correctly
Arrange the dishes correct, please see the
Loading the Dishwasher section.
The program was not
powerful enough
Select a more intensive program, please see the
Wash Program section.
Not enough detergent was
dispensed.
Use more detergent, or change your detergent.
Too much detergent was
dispensed or the incorrect
detergent has been used
The detergent has not been measured out
correctly or it is not suitable for use in
dishwashers
Items are blocking the path
of spray arms
Re-arrange the items so that the spray can
rotate freely.
The filter in the base of wash
cabinet is not clean or is not
correctly fitted. This may
cause the spray arm jets to
get blocked
Clean and/or fit the filter correctly.

Insufficient dishwasher salt
and Rinse aid need to be
refilled
Dishwasher salt and Rinse-aid need to be

The lid on the rinse-aid
dispenser was not shut
correctly
Shut correctly and re-wash
The dishes and
glasses are
streaked or have a
bluish tinge
The rinse-aid dosage is too
high.
Reduce the rinse-aid dosage
Cloudiness on
glassware
Combination of soft water
and too much detergent
Use less detergent if you have soft water and/or
select a shortest cycle to wash the glassware
and to get them clean.
The Glass Wash program could be used.
Black or grey
marks on dishes
Aluminium utensils have
rubbed against dishes
Use a mild abrasive cleaner to eliminate those
marks.
Detergent left in
dispenser cups
Dishes block cups or cups
incorrectly loaded
Re-loading the dishes properly.
