Trouble Shooting
As a Quick Guide if the robot mower does not work properly, you may follow the below steps of trouble shooting
to solve the problem. If the fault persists or in case of similar problems contact your dealer.

For manual start in the docking station the security
key must be inserted.
Continue charging until the robot’s LED indicator
shows a constant green light.
The ”IN” arrow on the docking station should point
towards your working area.
The wire end that is threaded under the docking
station must be connected to the RED clamp of the
docking station.
The robot mower’s
initial drive along
the boundary wire
does not follow its
track or revolves in
some sections of
the path.
The detection function of the boundary wire
does not work properly, perhaps due to
some foreign interference signal in the area,
like f.inst. an underground power system,
high power electrical equipment or similar.
The nearest boundary wire of your
neighbor is not laid minimum 10 m from
yours.
Encircle this area of interference with your boundary
wire.
Adjust the boundary wire so that the robot mower
may detect the signal normally.
Fails to contact ten-
tacles when returning
to the docking station.
The docking station is installed on an
uneven surface
Check and re-install docking station on a solid,
flat surface.
Initial
Use
The robot mower
stops with the
LED indicator
flashing RED.
Step 1:
Examine the parking location:
In case of a slope larger than 30° the
tilting sensor is activated.
Encircle the steep slope area with boundary wire.
Maximum distance from the robot mower to its
nearest boundary wire is 15 m.
Step 2:
The robot mower cannot detect
the signal from the boundary
wire.
Check the wire clamps on the docking station.
Find the defect/cut-off and splice by means of the
wire joints supplied in the carton.
NB:When the LED indicator shows a constant green
light, the boundary signal is ready.
Step 3:
The tilt sensor is activated.
Fix the holes in your lawn.
Clean your deck and ensure that the wheel axles
can rotate and slide freely.
The robot mower
stops with the
LED indicator
flashing green.
Somebody else has tried to restart the
robot mower, but has failed due to lack
of knowledge.
Place the robot mower in the docking station and re-start.
The robot mower
stops and the LED
indicator does not
light.
The battery is exhausted.
Take the robot back to the docking station and let it charge.

The front wheels may be trapped in a
pit and left suspending in the air.
The front wheels might be stuck and
cannot rotate and slide smoothly.
NB: Turn off the power first.
Defective security key.
