To remove the air filter, remove the protective guard. When fitting, make sure that the
air filter is correctly positioned.
Keep the vent hole in the fuel tank cap free at all times.
Product tank lid
The product tank lid must always seal perfectly - oil the seal regularly. When the product
tank lid is not tight, the liquid at the spray deflector becomes uneven.
Tap for spray product
Regularly check the fluid tap and oil or grease. To do this: unscrew the top of the tap
(obertail) by turning it a quarter circle anticlockwise and remove it. Oil/grease the lifting
pin and sealing ring gasket, and assemble back together. If necessary, the sealing ring
can be replaced.
Spark plug
The machine is equipped with 2 stroke spark plug e.g. G6C spark plug.
The regulation distance between the electrodes is 0.5 mm.
Attention! Check the condition of the spark plug regularly, every 50 hours of operation.
A spark plug with burnt electrodes must be replaced (2-stroke spark plug).
Pressure pump (booster).
The pressure pump is designed to increase and maintain a constant pressure of liquids.
Warnings during maintenance work
Any other maintenance work that is not described in this manual should only be carried
out by RURIS authorised service centres. Only original spare parts shall be used.
In the interest of your safety, never make any modifications to the atomizer.
Do not carry out maintenance work and do not keep the appliance near the open flame.
Regularly check the sealing and venting of the threaded cap on the petrol tank. Use
good quality spark plugs. Check the condition of the spark plug cable frequently.
