Avete acquistato un Trituratoredi frantumazione T-7500-M e vi ringraziamo per la vostra fiducia.
Il presente manuale è stato redatto per premettevi di conoscere meglio la macchina in modo da utilizzarla in condizione di sicurezza ed assicurarne la giusta
manutenzione.
In caso di problemi, o comunque per ogni informazione relativa al
T-7500-M , vogliate rivolgervi al vostro concessionario o ad unservizio post-vendita autorizzato,
riferendo il tipo di modello, il numero di matricola della macchina.
Conservate il presente manuale a portata di mano in modo da poterlo consultare in qualsiasi momento.

Al prodotto è allegato un attestato Consegna e Garanzia. Vi preghiamo di compilarlo in tutte le parti e di rispedirlo alla Germans Boada, S.A. fornisce la garanzia per
i difetti dei materiali o di lavorazione sui propri prodotti nuovi di fabbrica per un periodo di 12 mesi dalla data di consegna.

1.-PRECAUZIONI GENERALI
Il T-7500-M è stato progettato e realizzato tenendo conto delle esigenze provenienti dal recupero di materiali risultanti da demolizioni e ristrutturazioni di tipo
edile, scarti di lavorazione del marmo e manufatti in cemento.
Nei limiti consentiti dalle caratteristiche tecniche della macchina infatti questo materiale viene frantumato e ridotto notevolmente di dimensioni in modo da poter
facilitare il suo reimpiego. L'uso della macchina può avvenire quindi direttamente sul cantiere di lavoro oppure, a seconda delle esigenze, può essere impiegato per
la lavorazione di scarti precedentemente stoccati. E' a carico dell'utilizzatore della macchina il corretto trattamento dei rifiuti sia per quanto attiene allo stoccaggio
che al suo trasporto e decliniamo qualsiasi responsabilità derivante dallo smaltimento con il T-7500-M di materiali non idonei o non previsti per questo tipo di
reimpiego dalle disposizioni vigenti in materia.
Il T-7500-M non necessita di un operatore fisso, poiché una volta avviata, la macchina esegue automaticamente le operazioni di frantumazione ed estrazione del
materiale. L'avviamento dell'impianto avviene tramite una serie di pulsanti posti nel quadro di comando elettrico situato sull'angolo sinistro in basso del telaio.
La tramoggia di carico del nastro di alimentazione si può riempire con una pala gommata od altro mezzo di carico. Il materiale frantumato viene scaricato dal nastro
estrattore su un lato della macchina.

LOADING BELT ASSEMBLAGE
• Lift the loading belt and place it on the top of the T-7500-M.
• Insert the clamping pin A inside the holes of the belt structure.
• Fix the two struts B on the bottom part of the chassis with the pin C.
• Lift the belt and insert the pin D on the strut B and on the chassis hole of
the belt.
• Connect the plug of the belt to the socket of the T-7500-M control board.
BEWARE! The belt weight is of approximately 250 Kg.
Carry out the operation with the help of an adequate
lifting means.
Please pay attention to the electrical connection, make
sure that the cable and the outlet are in good condition,
make sure that the switch of the cable is in neutral position
and verify that along the path of the cable there is no
danger of entrapment or cuts.

1.- TRANSPORTATION
To load or unload the machinery on and from a lorry, use the lifting hooks placed on the chassis, making sure that the ropes used have adequate resistance for the
weight to lift. When the machine is loaded on the lorry, it is necessary to fix it to the body with ropes or bands in order to avoid slippage during transportation.
2.- SET-UP
