External PLC Configuration

The bottom area of the Allen-Bradley PLC Configuration page lets you configure up to five PLCs.

There are three ways to configure this protocol:

•

Auto-Configure Group by Device (Default)

•

Auto-Configure Group by Data Type

•

Manual Mode

NOTE

: You may go back and forth between modes, but when reverting from Manual Mode to either of

the two Auto-Configure Modes, all changes made in Manual Mode will be discarded.
