Troubleshooting
Before sending the appliance to the Royal

Appliance customer service, check if you might be able
to correct the malfunction yourself following the list below:

Never use a defective appliance. Always switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains

The power setting does not fit the
flooring.
Set the power to the setting suggested for
the flooring,
