6TH PAID SERVICE ACTIVITIES
1 Water wash the motorcycle and dry it with a clean cloth
2 Batery Electrolyte Check level & top-up if necessary
3 Battery terminals Clean and apply petroleum jelly
4 Rear Drive chain free play Check, clean, lubricate & adjust
5 Rear brake pedal pivot Lubricate
6 Rear brake Check & Adjust
7 Front & rear brake Inspect
8 Tyres front & rear Check wear pattern
9 Air filter element Clean
10 Spark plugs (2 Nos) Check & Adjust
11 H.T. Leads Inspect for cracks
12 Carburetor Clean, Inspect & tune
13 Rubber hose, Air filter to carburetor Inspect for cracks
14 Rubber hose, inlet manifold Inspect for cracks
15 Rubber hose, Evaporative Emission Equipment Inspect for cracks
16 Accelerator, Carburetor / TPS cable Check & adjust play
17 Clutch cable / Lever free play Adjust play
18 Engine oil Check level & top-up
19 Hand levers & kick starter pivot Lubricate
20 Front fork Inspect for oil leakage
21 Steering free play Check & Adjust
22 Pivot-Side stand, Center stand, Pillion Foot Rest Lubricate
