All settings made in the section
File presets
always apply to the file selected (highlighted) in the
file list. If you selected several files in the list, the settings made are adapted to all highlighted
files. In this way, you can easily define settings for larger sets which shall apply to many but not to
all files in the set.
1.
Indication of file name:
For your information, the name of the file to which the settings
apply is shown again. The shown name corresponds to the name of the file highlighted
in the file list. For lack of space, the name of the file highlighted first is shown here only
when several files are selected.
2.
Color mode
: Select the color mode for the output of the file. Similar to color mode and
original type selection for scan operations (see 5.10.3.1 ), special presets are available for
common original types (e.g. CAD, photo, line).

Copies
: Number of copies to be prepared of the selected file (also see
