STATUS
This page offers a highly visible screen that can be viewed from distance, to exit the STATUS page, touch the screen
, or the DMX menu button.
The STATUS page displays the following information:
1. DMX channel
2. Connection status (
green
is ‘good’,
red
is ‘no signal’).
3. DMX input type (cable or wireless)
4. Output type (cable / wireless)
5. Frequency (for Rotolight wDMX/Skyport)
6. Signal strength
7. DMX footprint (i.e. ‘16 Channel’, plus ‘> <’ indicators showing if the grouping of channels is contiguous
The rest of this chapter will cover the operation of Titan™ using Mode 1 and Lumenradio, plus information about
Rotolight wireless DMX.
Notes re Titan™ DMX Protocol Mode 1
Titan™ Ultimate 16 channel DMX Protocol (8 Bit) (Mode 1)
This protocol has some dynamic parameters (channels 5 through 15) and the function assigned to these faders is
dictated dynamically by the DMX values on the fourth DMX fader channel, which sets the submode . (See table)
This creates seven sub modes (modes 1A to 1G), the DMX value of channel 4 which sets the sub mode is shown in blue:

Notes re ARRI Ultimate DMX Mode (#30) (Titan Mode 5)
This Titan mode is designed to emulate the 24 channel 8 bit ARRI Ultimate mode (#30). Currently Titan will
respond to the first 10 channels of DMX Data, plus the Fan Control Data. We hope to support the second block
of 10 channels for the second light engine plus the crossfade function, early in 2021. ‘Colour Mode Selection’ is
dictated by the DMX Data value on channel 2 of this mode, as follows:-
