Completing the work / turning off the gas heater
Proceed as follows to complete the work:
• First, close the valve of the gas cylinder.
• Wait till any remaining gas in the hose has burned and the flame is
extinguished.
• Turn the gas regulator knob

to the " " position.
• Allow the gas heater to cool down.
• Pack and store the gas heater only in cooled condition.
• Remove the gas hose and the gas pressure regulator from the gas heater and
the gas cylinder, if the gas heater is not used for extended periods or if it is
being transported.
• Turn the gas regulator knob

to the " " position during brief interruptions.

Cleaning
The gas heater is virtually maintenance free.
Only use spare parts / accessories from the manufacturer or authorised and
qualified workshops.
Repairs should only be carried out by qualified technicians or by an authorised
service centre. Qualified technicians must have relevant training and experience,
be familiar with the design and construction requirements of the product and
understand and follow the safety regulations.
• Clean the gas heater after every use.
• Clean the gas heater and accessories using a damp cloth and a mild cleaning
agent. Then allow all the parts to dry completely. Ensure that water does not
get into the gas heater.
• If the burner or any of the tubes are blocked, use compressed air to remove
the blockage.
