TIPS:
§
Turn the mixer off from time to time to scrape the mixture off the sides of the
bowl and the attachment.
§
If you are making heavy bread dough, do not use more that 1kg of flour.
§
When mixing heavy doughs, you must keep an eye on the appliance. To make
sure that the motor does not start to overheat, only use the mixer for 5
minutes at a time as a maximum.
o
When you have finished, press the tilt button (4) down to tip the arm (5) up.
o
Clean the attachment before taking it out by turning it slightly to the right.
o
You can take the bowl (2) off by turning it to the left.

Chopping up fruit, vegetables, nuts, ice, dried white bread (to make bread

HOW TO USE THE BLENDER (FIG. B)
o
Remove the cover from the blender drive (6). Place the blender jug (10) on top and
turn it to the left until it locks into place.
o
NOTE:
The main bowl (2) does not have to be inserted for the blender to work.
o
Cut the ingredients into 2-‐3cm pieces and place in the blender jar.
o
Close the lid (9) and turn the blender on using the pulse button (7) or the settings
knob (8). Adjust the speed to suit the ingredients.
o
Before adding liquids, you must turn the appliance off!
o
After you have finished this stage, turn the appliance off and take the blender jar off
the motor base.

Note:
§
Never start the blender when the blender jar is empty.
§
Never attach or remove the blender jar when the motor is running.
§
Always put the blender jar's lid on after putting the ingredients in.
§
Only fill it up to the 1.5 l. mark.
§
Never reach into the blender when it is attached. The blade is very sharp and
pointed.
