EPLACEMENT OF COMPRESSOR OIL
The oil compressor must be performed taking into consideration the working conditions in which the machine
operates (dusty, very high temperatures, etc.).
The oil change intervals must never exceed 1,500 hours of work.
In conjunction with the replacement of the oil must be changed, the corresponding filter (Paragraph 10.9).

Filter life oiler is expected around 2000 hours of work, but is closely related to a careful observance of all
maintenance requirements given in this manual.
A quantity of oil or excessively low in the tank, the breach of the frequency of oil changes or the use of the
machine with cooling radiator clogged may determine an anticipated and irreparable deterioration of the filters.
Therefore, if, after the control and clean the recovery (operation described in the paragraph 13.4.8) and making
sure the proper oil level in the tank, you are still traces of oil in the compressed air, is will have to replace the
exhaust cleaner.
To ascertain the degree of clogging of the filter separator operate as follows:
1) Install a pressure gauge upstream of the separator and make sure that on the machine is efficient.
2) Start the machine.
3) Partially open the faucet flow until the pressure gauge on the control panel shows the value of the operating
pressure.
4) Read the value of the pressure gauge located upstream of the oil separator filter and compare two values:
if, between the two readings, is a difference of more than 1 bar replace the filter separator
The oil separator filter must never be washed with water.
