6.6 Replacing the driving table and batten strips protection.
(Spare parts are identified in special
exploded in paragraph 9).
To replace the board tilting
protection (pos.68) and superior
protection strips (pos.105) and lower
(pos.106) must follow if they were
consumed as follows (see Fig.26):
1. Stop the machine and disconnect
power (turn off the PTO of the
tractor and disconnect the drive
shaft from the machine).
2. Push the release lever (pos.16)
to the rear of the machine so that
it is fully lowered.
3. Press with both hands, swing the
handle unlocks (pos.115) and
advance the tilting (pos.4).
4. Lift up tilting protection (pos.65A / B) and release the tilting frame (pos.4).
5. Unscrew the nuts M5 UNI5588 (pos.64) and remove the screws 5X30 UNI5731 (pos.67) from
stickers.
6. Replace the protective strip tilting (pos.68) with a new one having the same dimensions.
7. Insert the screws 5X30 UNI5731 (pos.67) in strips and screw the nuts M5 UNI5588 (pos.64).
8. To proceed with the replacement of the upper guard rails (pos.105) and lower (pos.106) unscrew
the nut M8 UNI7474 (pos.27) and remove the threaded rod (pos.119) from Grizzly auction
(pos.126A / B ).
9. Unscrew the captive screw M10x50 UNI5739 (pos.121).
10. To tilt the frame on the ground tilting (pos.4).
11. Unscrew the nuts M5 UNI5588 (pos.64) and remove the screws 5X30 UNI5731 (pos.67) from
stickers.
12. Replace the drive with new strips.
13. Insert the screws 5X30 UNI5731 (pos.67) in strips and screw the nuts M5 UNI5588 (pos.64).
14. To tilt the frame tilt (pos.4) to the original position.
15. Screw life miss M10x50 UNI5739 (pos.121) into the threaded hole of the frame tilt (pos.4).
16. Insert the threaded rod (pos.119) grizzly bear in the auction (pos.126A / B) and tighten the nut
M8 UNI7474 (pos.27).
17. Lower rocker protection (pos.65A / B) and release the tilting frame (pos.4), making sure the
screw M8x35 UNI 5739 (pos.13) take hold in the protection tilting (pos.65A / B) so that the
forward tilting of the frame (pos.4) is only possible by pressing the handle unlocks tilting
(pos.115).
