Disc Brush Head

Brushes
Brush release pedal
Clean the disc brushes on the brush head daily or as necessary.
1. Raise the brush head.
2. Press the brush release pedal downwards and remove the disc brushes to
clean them.
Cleaning the disc brushes
Do not use harsh acids or chemicals to clean the disc brushes.
Check the disc brushes on the brush head weekly for signs of wear. In case of
wear the disc brushes must be changed.
1. Raise the brush head.
2. Press the brush release pedal downward and remove the disc brushes.
3. Slide a new disc brush under the brush head and press it into the catch using
both hands.
Installation of disc brushes
Switch off machine before changing brushes.
Care should be taken while mounting brushes.
Do not stand on the brush head.
Squeegee
The squeegee is used to extract the dirty water from the floor.

Replacement of squeegee lips
Check the inner and outer lips on the squeegee daily for signs of wear. The lips
can be used four times by flipping it 90
º
and reused.
1. Raise the squeegee.
2. Pull the suction hose from the squeegee, unscrew the knobs and remove
the squeegee.
3. Loosen the fastening knobs/strips and remove the lip. Turn or replace the
lip if necessary. Follow the same for the inner lip also.
