Rhino RD180
Working Principle
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Working Principle:
Ø
The rotating main broom (1) throws the debris directly into the hopper
(2).
Ø
The side broom (3) sweeps the edges and corners and moves the debris
to the path of the main broom.
Ø
The fine dust from the swept debris is sucked by a centrifugal fan through
a filter (4).
USEFUL TIPS:
ü
Never sweep long packing straps, ropes, threads, twines or
wires as it could get entangled with the main and side broom
and damage its mechanism.
ü
Make sure the area to be swept is dry.
ü
Position the machine in the direction of the wind, so that the wind blows
the dust away from the machine.
ü
For optimum cleaning results, match the driving speed with the area to
be swept.
ü
Switch off suction fan while sweeping in a damp area as it may damage
the filter.
ü
Clean the dust filter at regular intervals depending on the intensity of the
dust.
ü
When sweeping on a bad road make sure that the main broom is in float
mode.
ü
Plan to sweep in long runs with minimal stopping or starting.
ü
Allow at least 5 inches of broom path overlap to ensure complete
coverage of the area that is being swept.
ü
Avoid making sharp turns, bumping into posts or scraping the sides of
the machine.
