ClicSeam™ panel connection using

installation plate

Installation plate is needed when according to the roof plan the column should start from regular metal

1. ClicSeam™ Eaves flashing

2. ClicSeam™ Installation
plate 700 mm, end-bent
3. ClicSeam™ PV-panel

Cross-section

showing Installation plate and PV-panel with Edge panel removed

ClicSeam™ installation plates are
intstalled in rows according to
the system plan, starting with the
edge panel.

Note that fastening clips are to
be mounted in each batten and
that screws and ClicSeam™  top
profile have to be installed
according to ClicSeam™  panel
connection.

The installation plates are
installed by sliding the end-bent
side under the eaves flashing.

The connection between  the
installation  plate and eaves
flashing does not require silicone
sealant.

Min 200 mm
overlap between
the installation
plate and PV-panel
