tions. For the brewing unit, use specialized tablets to
clean the brewing unit from coffee oils.
Notes: We recommend cleaning the brewing unit of cof-
fee oils after every 500 cups of coffee.
– Pressing the «DESCALING» icon starts the descaling
of the coffee machine and the icon appears on the dis-
play (fig. 37). To start the process, press the «
» icon
and follow further instructions on the display.
DESCALING (decalcination)
To prolong the life of the coffee machine, it is critical to
clean the unit from scale in a timely manner. The descal-
ing frequency depends on water hardness in your region.
To determine the level, we recommend using paper in-
dicator testers that are immersed in water and change
color depending on the amount of calcium, magnesium
and iron. Based on the data obtained, it is necessary
to choose one of the following decalcination frequency
schemes:

To descale, use specialized coffee machine cleaners in
the form of liquids or tablets.
– Fill the tank (4) with clean water and add the descaling
agent according to the instructions for the cleaning
agent and place it in the coffee machine.
– Place a suitable container (at least 1.5 L) on the tray
(1), under the coffee dispensing unit (2).
– Press the «
» icon to start the descaling process
(fig. 38).
The descaling solution will be dispensed at regular in-
tervals and the display will show a dynamic icon with the
process (fig. 39).
When the cleaning cycle is completed, the following
icon will appear on the display with further instructions
(fig. 40).
– Drain the remaining cleaning solution from the tank (4)
and rinse it with clean water.
– Fill the tank (4) with clean water, without exceed-
ing the «MAX» mark, and put it back into the coffee
machine.
– Press the «
» icon to start the rinsing process.
As soon as the machine finishes the rinsing cycle, it will
return to standby mode.
Replacing sealing rings
The unit is supplied with sealing rings for the brewing
unit.
Rings must be replaced if they are worn or damaged.
ATTENTION! Replacement should be carried out when
the unit is unplugged.
– Open the brewing unit compartment door (11) of the
coffee machine (fig. 27).
– Remove the used coffee grounds container (13)
(fig. 28).
– Remove the brewing unit (12) (fig. 29).
– Clean the brewing unit by immersing it in a container
with clean water for 30-40 minutes.
– Replace the sealing rings on the brewing unit accord-
ing to the drawings (fig. 41-43)

low the appropriate instructions.
