1.3 Characteristics
1.3.1 Cooling
Horizontal showcase VHF 1000 has a ventilated cooling unit enabling the right
temperature to be reached particularly quickly in the presentation enclosure. The
cooling power is 2000 BTU/h for an ambient temperature of 25°C. Condensates
are evacuated throw flexible pipe.
1.3.2 Enclosure temperature
The temperature inside the presentation enclosure can be adjusted by means of a
thermostat on the rear panel.
The indication on the dial gives a temperature of approximately + 2°C when the
outside temperature is 25°C. Under these conditions, the temperature oscillates
b 2°C and + 5°C. For some products, you can adjust the temperature to +
10°C.
Commissioning
The commissioning of the VHF 1000 showcase requires a horizontal plate
measuring 1m x 1m, placed approximately 0.65 m from the floor.
2.1 Assembly
Slide the cooling unit into the presentation compartment frame.
Lock it with two threaded knobs located on the sides.
2.2 Connection
Connect the neon power supply to the cooling unit connector.
Connect the main power supply cord to a protected plug.
The neon tube will light up immediately.
By setting the switch to 1, the compressor will run and the thermostat will regulate
temperature.
2.3 Use
The thermostat is factory preset to obtain a temperature of approximately 4°C
inside the showcase.
It takes approximately 10 min. to reach the desired temperature. You can then fill
your showcase with products taken from a cold store. Caution, this product is not
a refrigerator, do not load with hot marchandise.
