Cutter Installation and the Cutting-start Location Setting
CAUTION Do not touch the tip of the blade with your fingers.
Doing so may result in injury.
1.
Install the sensor.

Close the front cover.
Press the VIEW button to make the VIEW light come on.
The table moves back toward you.

Wait until operation has stopped completely, then open the front cover.
➌
Run the sensor cable around behind the ma-
chine to the top of the table.
Connect the sensor cable to the sensor con-
nector.

Install the cutter.

Detach the cutter holder from the cutter.
➋
While using a spanner (large) to hold the spindle immobile,
tighten the cutter holder sufficiently.
The cutter holder is reverse-threaded (that is, you turn it counter-
clockwise to tighten it). Be careful to turn it in the correct direc-
tion.
