Fast Forwards
Select to playback the recording files forward at the speed
of x2, x4, x8
Slow Forwards
Select to playback the recording files forward at the speed
of x1/2, 1/4, 1/8
Hide:
Select to hide the playback control panel
Exit
Select to exit playback
Playback progress
To drag the playback progress to a desired time
Recording Type
indicate the recording types during the period
5.2 Backup
To backup footage:
Connect a USB flash drive or a USB HDD
to the USB port or connect an eSATA
HDD to the eSATA port on the rear of the
DVR.
Choose the camera(s) you want to
backup footage from, select the type(s) of
video you want to backup, set your Start
Time and End Time, and then select
Backup.
After search results are presented, select the file
you would like to backup. Then select Next.
Refresh:
Looks for devices to which footage can
be backed up. This will include USB flash drives
or hard drives connected to the USB port, or
external hard drives connected via the rear
eSATA port

AVI Format File:
When checked, the DVR will
transcode the footage into a file format that can
be played back in a computer. While the backup
process is executed, the DVR will display a pair
of progress meters. The top one indicates the
