CLEANUP AND MAINTENANCE

Before first use and after every use, clean each part thoroughly. Once you have finished
cooking, unplug the power cord and allow the appliance for at least 30 minutes before
handling.
The cooking plates can be washed by hand. Do not use metallic objects such as knives when
cleaning. This will damage the non-stick coating. Use wooden or heat proof plastic utensils
only.
If seafood has been cooked, wipe the cooking plate with lemon juice to prevent seafood
flavor transferring to the next recipe.
The housing base, cover and control knobs can be wiped clean with a soft, dry cloth.
Never use an abrasive cleaner or harsh pad. In between recipes, scrape excess food buildup
through the grease channel then wipe off any residue with a paper towel before proceeding
with the next recipe.
Never leave plastic utensils in contact with the hot grill / griddle plates.
Make sure all the parts are clean and dry before storing.
Never wrap the cord around the outside of the grill maker.
Never immerse the plug, lead or housing in water or any other liquid.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE
WITH EC DIRECTIVE 2002/96/EC.

At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of as urban waste. It must
be taken to a special local authority differentiated waste collection center or to a dealer
providing this service. Disposing of a household appliance separately avoids possible
negative consequences for the environment and health, deriving form inappropriate
disposal and enables the constituent materials to be recovered to obtain significant savings
in energy and resources. As a reminder of the need to dispose of household appliances
separately, the product is marked with a crossed-out wheeled dustbin.
