Activating Fuse
To protect a connected, sensitive output in general, the R&S NGA100 power supply
includes an electronic fuse which can be switched on individually for each channel.
A fuse delay can be applied to each channel and individual electronic fuses can be log-
ically linked to switch off the interlinked channels if a fuse triggers.

1. Turn off the output before activating the fuse for each channel.
2. Press [Fuse] key.
The R&S NGA100 activates the fuse function and the [Fuse] key illuminates.
Activated fuses are also illuminated on channel keys for the two-channel models.
3. For the two-channel models, press the desired channel to activate or deactivate
the fuse.
For the single-channel models, toggle the [FUSE] key to activate or deactivate the
fuse.
Selected channel key ([Ch 1], [Ch 2] ) illuminates.
On the channel display area, the "FUSE" is indicated on selected channels.
4. Repeat step 1 and step 2 to disable the fuse function.
