Installing the New Module and Completing the Instrument
Mount new Compact Flash Board (4900) with 4 screws and washers (4930) to CF Card Holder
(4920).
Carefully insert CF Card Holder (4920) with Board (4900) from the top and fix it to adapter plate
(4940) by means of 3 screws and washers (4950).
Note: Push the spring on CF Card Holder (4920) against the instrument frame.
Mount front cover (292).
Remount 2 front handles (420) by means of 4 screws (430).
Adjust the CF Card Holder (4920) to the breakout in front cover (292).
Note: Push the spring on CF Card Holder (4920) against the instrument frame.
Connect cable W29 (4962) and cable W30 (4963) to Compact Flash Board (4900).
Mount top cover (240) and fasten it using 2 countersunk screws (260) and 3 countersunk screws
(250).
Insert CF card with software (4910).
Perform a cold boot:
Connect power cable, switch on power switch and press ON key.
While switching on with the ON button, simultaneously press and hold down the decimal-point key
until the computer responds with a beep (cold boot).
After start of unit, check protocol file for errors:

Start selftest and check result for errors:

Start total calibration and check the results:

Perform a firmware update if necessary.
Repeat the total calibration and check the result:
