SPECIAL MODIFICATIONS
1)
Crossfader reverse
Some DJ’s prefer reverse operation of the crossfader. This can be obtained as follows.
Unscrew the screws of the crossfader plate (screws 18). Pull the connectors of the crossfader-
PCB and put them back on crosswise. Screw the crossfader back on its place.

Phones output on bottombox
miXboX-users who do not like the phones-output on the front, but prefer this output on the
bottom box can change this as follows.
Unscrew the crossfader-plate (screws 18), pull the two connectors of the crossfader-PCB,
unscrew the mounting screws of the frontpanel (screws 19). Unscrew all the screws near the
input- and output connectors. Unscrew the metal screw of the DJ-mic input. Slide of the
bottombox of the mixer. Pull the plastic cap out of the hole at the front of the bottombox.
Unscrew the metal screw of the phones-output and screw it back on the bottombox. Push the
plastic cap in the hole (of the phones-output) in the frontplate. Slide the bottombox back on the
miXboX. Screw all the screws back. Put, at last, the crossfader back in its place.
OPTIONS
1)
Scratch plate
miXboX-users who mix very fast, can mount the optional Scratch plate on their miXboX. This
is a very smooth panel that can be mounted on top of the miXboX, to avoid damage of the
DJ’s hands during mixing.
The mounting is very easy. Pull of the crossfaderknob, screw the scratch plate with the two
included screws on the front and put the crossfader knob back on its position.

Mounting lips
These are two metal lips, to build the miXboX in.
These lips are easy to mount at the side of the miXboX with two screws.
