HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
To file a claim send in the following information in

Proof of purchase verifying owner of RMR
scrambler. If it does not have the address and
telephone number please include with proof of
purchase.
2.
Legible copy of ticket (both sides).
3.
Legible copy of court receipt as proof of
payment.
4.
Court address.
