5. From the General tab, click on Disable

6. Restart your computer.
Problem
During playback in DuckVision, the frame
intermittently freezes.
Solution
This is normal. DuckVision’s compression
algorithm requires significant CPU processing
power.
There are two possible solutions:
1. Close other applications.
2. Lower your video quality.
a. Click Video Settings .
b. When the Video Settings dialog box
appears, select a smaller size, a lower
frame rate, and a lower video quality.
Problem
When recording, the DuckVision screen does not
reflect the live image being recorded; the frame
appears to be “frozen.”
Solution
This is normal if you are recording video via the
QuartzSight camera. The frame will be frozen
while DuckVision is recording but will play back
as it should.
