52 Troubleshooting
Problem
The captured image is blurred.
Solution
Capture the image using preview mode.
Problem
The image has “banding” on the screen when
using the QuartzSight camera.
Solution
Make sure the lighting type is set properly for the
video source:
1. From the iPhotoExpress Options menu,
select Video Source.
2. Click the Setup button in the Video Source
dialog box.
3. Select the appropriate lighting type.
The backlight option is used to compensate for
contrast between the image and any backlight. The
Normal option is used when no backlight is set.
