As shown in Figure 17, your audio cable contains a
mini stereo jack on one end and two RCA jacks on the
other end.

3. Plug the mini stereo jack into line-in of your
computer sound card.
4. Plug the RCA audio jacks into your home video
equipment.
Stereo audio requires two RCA audio jacks. If your
home video equipment has only one RCA audio out,
however, connect just one RCA jack to it. This means
that you can record only mono on your computer.
Please refer to your owner’s manual for locating the
RCA video output on your video equipment.
