Replace a Curved Motor Module
Use this procedure to replace a curved motor module.
Before You Begin
What You Need
• Left and right straight-to-curved clamps from 2198T-A04 iTRAK
alignment tool kit
• 3 mm, 5 mm, and 6 mm hex drivers
• Loctite 243
• 2198T-L16-T

-2E1E-NS, curved motor module
To remove the curved module, complete these steps.
1. Move movers away from the area where the curved module is to be
replaced and the adjacent motor module.
If you have to remove the movers follow steps in
2. From the bottom of the track, remove the socket head cap screws
M8 x 25 and shoulder screws, shoulder Ø20 x 10, thread M8 x 25 that
secure the curved motor module that you are replacing and the adjacent
straight motor module.
3. Disconnect the communication cable and power bus cables.
