pply, accident, fire,
floods, acts of God,

ar, terrorism, or other cas

alty.
• Improper ser

ice,

se of replacement parts or
accessories not specified by Roberts-Gordon LLC.
• Fail

re to install or maintain the EP-100 PUMP as
directed in the Installation, Operation and Ser
v
ice
Man
u
al.
• Relocation of the EP-100 PUMP after initial
installation
• Use of the EP-100 PUMP in a corrosi
v
e atmosphere
containing contaminants.
• Use of the EP-100 PUMP in the

icinity of a
comb

stible or explosi
v
e material.
• Any defect in the EP-100 PUMP arising from a
dra
w
ing, design, or specification s

pplied by or on
behalf of the cons

mer.
• Damage inc
