Filament replacement is completed.
9.3. Notched Belt Tension
No less often than every 3 months, the tension of notched belts of X-axis and Y-axis should be
checked.
The check should be made as follows:
1. Switch off the 3D printer.
2. Put the X Y carriages in the rightmost position manually.
3. Press the middle of the belt with the finger and abruptly release it. The belt should
vibrate for about 2–3 seconds with the amplitude 1–2mm.
4. If there’s no vibration or the amplitude is more than 2mm, the belt should be pulled
tight.
