 2-Man Ladder Stand

11. a. Attach the two shooting rail stop mounts (16) to the side seat

support loops (8) using two 1/4-20 x 1-1/2” bolts (22) and locknuts

(27). Be sure that each mount is oriented to the outside of each

side seat support loop. SEE FIGURE 8.

b. Press two rubber bumper stops (32) into the top side hole of

each stop mount (16). SEE FIGURE 8.

12. Attach the two shooting rail receiver tubes (15) to the outside of

each side seat support loop (8) using two 1/4-20 x 2-3/4” bolts

(25), yellow washers (30), nylon spacers (31) and locknuts (27).

SEE FIGURE 8.

13. Insert the shooting rail rim (14) into the shooting rail receiver

tubes (15) and secure together using two 1/4-20 x 1-1/2” bolts (22),

four yellow washers (30) and two locknuts (27). SEE FIGURE 9. You

must now tighten all nut and bolt assemblies. Be sure not to

over tighten or crush tubing when tightening.

14. Sections are assembled on the ground in the following order;

bottom ladder section (1); middle ladder section (2); top ladder

section (3); assembled platform section. SEE FINISHED LADDER.

15. With all sections assembled together on ground, secure all

sections together using six silent knob assemblies (21). These

knob assemblies consist of a simple threaded knob with carriage

bolt. Thread the knob onto carriage bolt only about 2 turns. Insert

the head of carriage bolt into the large end of the key hole type

opening in ladder pocket and slide the square “block” portion

of carriage bolt head down into the slot. Doing this will capture

the square “block” portion of carriage bolt and hold it in place.

Tighten the knob by hand until tight which will draw the two

ladder sections together and eliminate any slack between the

ladder sections. SEE FIGURES 10A AND 10B.

16. Attach the two support braces (12) to the outside of platform

J-pipes (6) and top ladder section (3) with mounting holes using

four 1/4-20 x 2-1/4” bolts (23) and locknuts (27). SEE FIGURE 11.

Tighten securely. Be sure not to over tighten or crush tubing

when tightening.
