1.
Place the VertiGuard unit in front of the machine it is
to be installed on.
2.
Place marks on the floor, wall or unit and verify
location. Testing of equipment may be necessary
before anchoring unit. Use the proper fasteners to
mount the unit (fasteners not supplied).
3.
Dim “A” (same as “B”).
4.
Dim “B” (same as “A”).
5.
If using the face (C) or in-jamb (D) mounting
methods, make sure that the side rails (E) are not
pulled in or spread out, causing undue wear and
friction on the panel wear guides and the side rail
track.
6.
Side rails must be parallel in both front and side
directions. Shimming may be required on the in-
jamb and face mount positions to keep the unit flush
on the wall.
7.
Level unit using the bottom gap level bolts (F).
8.
Front / rear floor mount brackets (G).
9.
Side floor mount brackets (H).
10. Panel (J).
