[General] Screen
The outline information and basic settings are displayed for the job.
Information displayed / Settings
1)
Name*

Displays the name of the job.
2)
Type
Displays the type of job.
The types of jobs that can be used are as follows:
PostScript(PS), PDF, TIFF, Merge (merged jobs), Copy
(scanned jobs)
3)
Status
Displays the processing state of the job.
4)
PC name
Displays information on the job source (the name or IP
address of the computer).
5)
Owner* 1
Displays the owner name of the job.
6)
Source
Displays information on the port through which the job
has been received.
7)
Pages
Displays the number of pages of the job.
8)
Print pages*

Specifies the pages to print.
9)
Copy count*
1
Specifies the number of copies to print.
10)
Pages to print
Displays the total number of pages of the job (the
number of pages of the original x the number of copies).

Prechecking*

Displays the data precheck (data quality check before
output) setting.

• When selecting a job scanned in the printer scan mode from the job list of Archive jobs, the resolution, original
image and scan density at scanning will be displayed.
