Log set
Remove the log set and clean using a brush to remove any soot. At the same time inspect
each log piece to make sure it is not broken (small chipping is acceptable). The log set should
not be mixed with any other burn media (except Rinnai Rock Wool).
When you reposition the log set it is important to position the pieces as shown. Incorrect placement can
create carbon build up and affect performance—refer page 5 for log set arrangement.
1. Fit front base left log in created gap. It should only fit one way.
2. Fit front base right log into position on the far right of the burner base.
3. Fit front middle left log into back flat section of the burner and slot on top of the front base log.
4. Place middle right log into the U-shaped groove.
5. Place top log onto the recessed sections of the left and right middle logs. Ensure middle section rests on
the top of the bottom log.
6. Position two of the rocks over the screw holes on the burner bed and place remaining triangular shaped
rock on top.
