<Attaching External Cable>
As shown on the figure below, attach the parts in the following order: cable gland, eccentric washer, washer,
and rubber seal to the cable, then connect the cable into the main unit, then screw the cable gland to tighten
the rubber seal. When installing the cable gland, wipe the cable gland mounting part, the hexagon soket set
screw, the grounding screw, and the cable gland and wipe the specified grease.
CAUTION
Tighten a cable gland with a tool until a clearance between the cable gland and a main unit case
is below 2.0 mm.
If it is difficult to tighten the cable gland, grease its screw part and then tighten it with the tool.
Tighten the hexagon socket head cap screws fixing the cable gland with a tightening torque of
