Positioning the probe - electrode
5.8.1
Transformation to LPG (gas family 3)
To transform the burner, it is necessary to:
insert the reducing element 1)(Fig. 12);
insert the new diffuser 2) with the stamp 1.3;
apply the self-adhesive label coming as standard.
5.9
Air damper adjustment
Actuator 1)(Fig. 13) controls the air damper 6); the burner does
not start until the damper 6) is completely open.
To adjust the fixed damper 4) it is necessary to:
loosen the screws 3) and 5) and rotate the damper as far as
the required point 2).
Once optimum adjustment has been reached, fix the screws
3) and 5).
The adjustment of the damper varies in each single application,
so it is necessary to use a calibration tool to obtain an efficient
combustion result.
WARNING
Do not turn the ignition electrode but leave it as
shown in Fig. 12.
if the ignition electrode is put near the ionisation
probe, the control box amplifier might be dam-
aged.
WARNING
Place the ceramic part of the electrode A) against
the diffuser disc B)(Fig. 12).
