Installation
The MO550-BUWG control box is installed on the burners with
exclusive use of the 2-wire flame sensors, of the FD01 range.

To install the new MO550 - BWG control box, it is necessary to
use the diagram below.

To install, proceed as follows:
unscrew the fixing screws and remove the burner cover.
disconnect all connections, the 7-pin plug, the probe con-
nector, the high voltage cables and the earth wire from the
control box.
disconnect the control box from the burner by loosening the
screw

) (Fig. 3) and pulling in the direction of the arrow.
Install the new control box supplied, fixing it to the burner
with the screw

)(Fig. 3) and using a tightening torque of
1 - 1.2 Nm.
reconnect all connections, the 7-pin plug and the earth wire.

DANGER
All the installation, maintenance and dismantling
operations should be performed voltage free.
The replacement of the control box must be per-
formed by qualified personnel, as indicated in this
manual and in accordance with standards and
regulations in force.
WARNING
The bridge socket must be installed on the con-
trol box only for burners not equipped with a light
oil heater.
WARNING
Connecting the remote reset
Make the connection with the
RS
lead supplied
with the burner.
Connect a button at a max. distance of 20 metres.
