MRT 125 LC

CLEANING AND LONG-TERM STORAGE

Cleaning

Cleaning the motorcycle will improve its performance and lengthen the lifespan of the motorcycle’s components.
Operations before cleaning:

1- Cover the exhaust pipe input to prevent water from entering its interior.

2- Ensure that the spark plug and different caps are properly placed.

3- If the engine is very dirty, apply de-greaser.

4- Remove the de-greaser and dirt with pressurised water.

5- Clean all surfaces with warm water and gentle detergent.

6- Remove the soap with cold water, then dry all surfaces.

7- After all cleaning is complete, run the engine for a few minutes on idle.

CAUTION:

Do not apply de-greaser to the wheel axles or the chain.

CAUTION:

Rieju shall not be held liable for using corrosive de-greaser elements that stain or deteriorate

motorcycle elements. Rieju shall not be held liable for possible damages and defects caused by using
pressurised water to clean the motorcycle.
