Chilling compartment (option) 

 

 

 

The chilling compartment can be switched ON/OFF separately.  
Adjustable from +2 °C to +10 °C. 

 

The chilling compartment is marked with the same symbol. 

 

 

 

Comply with the HACCP regulations 

➢

 

Pre-chill the empty chilling compartment before use.  

➢

 

Only fill the appliance with adequately pre-chilled, packaged/wrapped food.  

➢

 

Leave free space in the appliance. Due to the air convection and the filling state of the appliance, 
the ACTUAL temperature may deviate from the control temperature.  

➢

 

 WARNING

  

Only introduce food pre-chilled to storage temperature. Only open the refrigerated compartment 
briefly and close it again immediately. Empty and clean the refrigerated compartment at least 1x 
daily. Do not use incorrectly for continuous cooling.

Switch the appliance to ON or OFF using the ON / OFF rocker switch.

The display shows the ACTUAL temperature.

The pre-chilling time should be 

30 minutes
