Ring Cartridge Detection
Cartridge Detection Sensor (S801): if the ring cartridge is
missing or is not installed correctly.
When the ring cartridge is pushed in, the actuator is pushed
out of the sensor.
When the ring cartridge is pulled out, the actuator goes into
the sensor.
