INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. SETTING UP THE APPLIANCE
Your new electric fireplace may be installed virtually anywhere in your home.
However, when choosing a location ensure that the general instructions
are followed.
• For best results, install out of direct sunlight.
• The appliance should be connected to an earthed electrical outlet and
it must be easily accessible to allow disconnection.
2. POWER SOCKET
• Connect the mains cable (you can lead the mains cable from the framed
wall opening to an existing socket or install a socket on a nearby wall base
inside the wall).
• Make sure that the socket is in good condition and that the plug is not
loose. NE VER exceed the maximum current rating for the circuit.
DO NOT connect other appliances to the same circuit.
WARNUNG! ALWAYS unplug the electric chain from the mains before
assembling, cleaning or moving it. Failure to do so may result in elec-
tric shock, fire or injury. Keep fabrics and other furnishings at least
0.9 m away from the front and sides of the electric fireplace. After
installation, make sure the ventilation area is ≥
0.004 m² between the
inside and outside of the fireplace insert.

NOTE: If the existing opening is slightly narrower, the handles on both
sides can be removed.

3. INSTALLATION IN A WALL
• It is possible to install the unit in a wall. For better ventilation, an opening
depth of 235 mm is suggested. Construct the opening according to the
specifications below.
• Prepare the opening and the diffuser, place the unit carefully into the
framed opening and no fixing brackets are required.
