10.7 Standard Calibration Process

The standard calibration process requires access to
Setup
mode (
).
1. Set Capacity, Units and Format parameter data values (
).
2. Send command 27 to write Capacity, Units and Format parameter data values.
NOTE: No external button presses are needed to put the indicator into calibration mode with command 27 as long as the
Audit Jumper is in the ON position (
).
3. Remove all weight from the scale.
4. Send command 35 to perform a zero calibration.
5. Set the Calibration Weight parameter data value to the needed span weight.
6. Set the Calibration Point parameter data value to 1.
7. Place the specified calibration weight on the scale.
8. Send command 36 to perform a span calibration.
9. Send command 38 to save and exit calibration mode.
