PROBLEM
Applicator won’t turn on
I ran over an object and it’s
stuck in the bottom of the
applicator
POSSIBLE REASON
• Power cord not firmly
plugged in
• Jammed brushroll
• Blown fuse or tripped
breaker
• Needs service
• The object is wrapped
around one of the
brushrolls
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
• Plug power cord in firmly
into outlet
• Remove jammed object
and push thermal reset
button
• Check house fuse or
breaker. Replace fuse /
reset breaker.
• Take to Authorized Retailer
(1-888-6-RICCAR)
• Switch the applicator off,
turn the nozzle over,
remove the object and
push the thermal reset
button

Authorized Service Representative.
