4.4- Charging the battery (Fig. 2)
•
Use with the provided charger only.
•
Perform charging in ambient environment (+4 °C to +40 °C)
•
Connect the battery charger (a) into a suitable wall socket.
•
Plug in the charger jack (b) into the charging port (c) on the battery (e).
•
The red indicator light (d) indicates charging in progress, the light turns green when the
charging is completed.
•
Remove the battery from the battery charger.
•
Disconnect the battery charger from the main supply if it will not be used for long period of
time.

To install the battery pack, completely insert the battery into the battery compartment.
•
The battery is properly installed when you hear a “click” sound.
•
To remove the battery pack, press down the locking hooks (on both sides), then pull out the
battery pack.
4.6- Setting the swivel cutter head (Fig. 4)
•
The cutter head could be rotated and locked in 4 position (-90°, 0°, 90° and 270°).
•
WARNING!
Remove the battery pack to avoid unintentional starting of the tool.
•
Firmly grasp the handle, then slide the swivel lock to release the cutter head.
•
Turn the cutter head to desired position, then release the swivel lock.
•
Make sure the cutter head is locked in place before starting the tool.
