V. OPERATION
5.1- Intended use
- The product is intended for private household uses (e.g. around the house, in the garden …).
- The product is suitable for exterior lighting.
- Do not use the product for unintended applications.
- Do not use the product for artisanal, industrial, professional and / or commercial applications (e.g. in
construction sites, public parks, sports fields...).
5.2- Instructions for operation
Mount product at desired location, allowing the solar panel maximum exposure to directly sunlight.
For increased performance, charge the solar lamp under direct sunlight for at least 8 hours before the first
power-up.
Switch on the product, pressing switch (4).
Select the lighting mode.
To limit glare and excessive light to others (people and homes), DO NOT direct the light beam beyond the
perimeter of your home. Do not direct the light beam towards surrounding dwellings.
VI. MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
6.1- Maintenance
- Clean plastic parts with a soft clean cloth.
- Do not use aggressive cleansers (solvents or abrasive cleansers), or an abrasive sponge.
- Never immerse product into water or any other liquid.
6.2- Storage
- Clean product before string it.
- Keep product, instructions manual and accessories in the original packing.
- Product must be stored in a dry, clean location protected from dust. Always lock up product and keep out of
reach of children.
- Do not store the product at temperatures below 0ºC or above 40ºC.
6.3- Disposal
- Batteries: do not throw with household rubbish or in the environment. Dispose of used batteries in provided
collecting centres.
- Solar lamp: do not dispose with household garbage. Do not throw into the environment.
Dispose of the product in a collection centre for waste of electrical and electronic equipment, or a waste
drop-off centre; or seek advice from your local municipality.
- Proceed with disposal of the unit, accessories and packaging according to local regulations regarding the
protection of the environment.

Should you have any repair requests under the warranty, please contact your retailer or our STAV [*] who
will inform you on the procedure.
Should you have any parts and/or accessories request, you can contact our STAV [*] to ask for the product
exploded view by indicating our reference and the serial number or batch number appearing on the nameplate.
