REGOLAZIONE FRIZIONE DI SICUREZZA
N.B.: Queste operazioni devono essere eseguite dopo avere tolto
l'alimentazione elettrica del motore. Per la regolazione bloccare l’albero motore (A)
con una chiave esagonale n° 17, svitare il dado di blocco (B) con una chiave n° 22.
Per aumentare la forza di spinta, avvitare in senso orario il grano (C) con una chiave
esagonale n° 6.
Far scorrere il cancello elettricamente più volte trattenendolo con le mani, in modo che la
forza di spinta sia leggermente superiore a quella richiesta per movimentare il cancello.
A regolazione avvenuta ricordarsi di bloccare il dado contro l’albero motore.
EINSTELLUNG DER SICHERHEITSKUPPLUNG
N.B.: Diese Operationen sind nur ausführbar nachdem der Antrieb
aus dem Netz ausgeschaltet worden ist. Das Elektrogetriebe verfügt über eine
Rutschkupplung Einstellung ist die Motorwelle (A) Mithilfe eines Sechskantschlüssels
(17) zu blockieren und die Arretierschraubenmutter (B) Mithilfe eines 22-er Schlüssels zu
losen. Zur Erhöhung der Druckwirkung ist der Stift (C) mit einem Sechskantschlüssel (6)
in Uhrzeigersinn anzuziehen.
Lassen Sie das Tor nun einige Male hin- und hergleitenl Halten Sie es hierbei mit den
Händem zurück, sodaß die Druckkraft leicht über der für die Torbewegung notwendige
liegt. Nach erfolgter Einstellung ist die Schraubenmutter wieder gegen die Motorwelle
anzuziehen.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE SAFETY CLUTCH
N.B.: These operations must be executed only after the power sup-
ply has been suspended.
To adjust, lock the motor shaft (A) with a n°17 hex unrech, unscrew th locking nut (B)
with a n°22 wrench.
To increase thrust force, tighten the grub screw, C, with a n°6 hex wrench.
Let the gate move electrically a number of times, holding it with your hands so that the
thrust force is slightly higher than that actually required to move the gate (UNI 8612
REGULATIONS).
When adjustment has been completed, remember to fasten the nut at the motor shaft.

Ces operations doivent être executées aprés avoir coupé
I'alimentation.
Pour le réglage, bloquer l’arbre moteur (A) avec une clé hexagonale n°17, dévisser
l’écrou de blocage (B) avec une clé n° 22.
Pour augmenter la force de poussée, visser dextrorsum la vis sans tête (C) avec une clé
hexagonale n° 6. Faire coulisser le portail électriquement à plusieurs reprises en
retenant celui-ci avec les mains, de manière que la force de poussée soit légèrement
supérieure à celle requise pour mettre le portail en mouvement .
Le réglage effectué, se rappeler de bloquer l’écrou contre l’arbre moteur.

EINSTELLUNG DES ENDSCHALTERS
Zur Einstellung sind die Muttern G zu lösen: anschließend sind nach
Festlegung der Bewegungsrichtung des Nockens H für Öffnung und Schließung die
beiden Endschalter F durch Betätigung der Knöpfe P auf Sicht zu positionieren.
Nach Überprüfung der beiden Mikroschalter auf deren korrekte Funktionsweise (Elektrik)
ist ihre Position genau einzustellen, bis der Stopp präzise in der gewünschten Öffnungs -
bzw. Schließstellung erfolgt.
Ziehen Sie nun die Muttern wieder an! Übliche Endschalter werden für Schiebetore mit
einer maximalen Länge von 13 Mt. verwendet.
Im falle daß das Schiebetor eine größere Länge aufweist, können speziale Endschalter
für Schiebetore für bis 18 Mt. Länge geliefert werden.

REGLAGE FIN DE COURSE
Pour procéder au réglage:
- Débloquer les écrous G.
Une fois établi le sens du mouvement de la came H en ouverture et en fermeture,
positionner à vue les deux fins de course F en agissant sur les pommeaux P.Après avoir
contrôlé le fonctionnement électrique correct des deux microinterrupteurs, parfaire leur
position jusqu’à obtenir l’arrêt en ouverture et en fermeture dans la position voulue.
- Bloquer les écrous G.
NB: le fin de course de série est destiné à des portails de longueur maximum 13 mètres.
Pour des portails de longueur supérieure/ il nous est possible sur demande de vous
fournir des fins de course spéciaux jusqu’à une longueur de 18 mètres.

LIMIT SWITCH ADJUSTMENT
To adjust the assembly: release nuts G, after establishing the direction of
movement of cam H for opening and closing, position the two limit switches, F, by turning
knobs P and judging by sight.
After checking for correct operation of the two microswitches, precisely adjust their
positions so that the gate will stop in the desired position during opening and closing.
Then fasten nuts G.
N.B. The standard limit switch is used for gates of a max. Iength of 13 meters.
If the gate is longer, "Special" limit switches for gates of up to 18 meters can be supplied.

REGOLAZIONE FINECORSA
Per la regolazione: sbloccare i dadi G.
Stabilito il senso di spostamento della camme H sia in apertura che in chiusura,
posizionare a vista i due finecorsa F agendo sui pomoli P.
Dopo aver verificato il corretto funzionamento elettrico dei due microswitches si
perfeziona la loro posizione fino ad ottenere l’arresto in apertura e in chiusura nella
posizione voluta, poi si bloccano i dadi G.
N.B. Il finecorsa di normale produzione viene utilizzato per cancelli aventi lunghezza Max
di 13 metri.
In caso il cancello abbia lunghezza superiore, a richiesta si possono fornire i finecorsa
Special, per cancelli fino a 18 metri.
