Fit End Moulding Covers
Insert the bottom corner of the cover first, then snap the other end of the cover in place. Fasten the cover with the
screw provided in kit. Repeat this process on the other side of the rail.

Engage End Supports
Slide the rail assembly over the tray until the channel nuts on the end supports locate within the slots at the front of
the tray. Now slide the rail assembly towards the front of the tray so the channel nuts engage within the channels.
The rail should stop when it reaches the correct position for fitment. Finger tighten the bolts on end supports so the
rail doesn’t move.

Position Side Supports
Position the side supports on both sides of the rail as detailed below and tighten all bolts with a 13mm spanner.
